BlockBlend has been quiet for some time, but not without the team delivering essential work in the background. The period of silence has been used to develop utilities, content, strategy, alignment, and planning to set a course toward our new big, hairy, audacious goal.

We’re not merely a ‘privacy bridge’ or a simple one-day fly utility project. We are here to provide a full suite of premium services of the highest standards, for everything related to gaining and maintaining privacy and security in the crypto space.
Bad actors
BlockBlend is currently working on implementing a new standard of service. Building on our already advanced tracking capabilities, we’re innovating to refine and amplify our detection and blocking of bad actors and high-risk wallets. We’re not here to play the police, but we want to be clear: bad actors are not welcome to utilize our privacy tools.
Our focus is clear; to enhance efficiency and accuracy in safeguarding our users. This upgrade underscores our commitment to setting new standards in DeFi security, striking the right balance between robust protection and user privacy. We’re not just improving; we’re redefining what it means to be safe and private in the DeFi space.
Team expansion
New leadership is at the helm, and new team members with additional and various expertise across the board have joined to take BlockBlend to the next level. We’ve expanded our human resources to facilitate growth and roll-out of various utilities as well as to work towards the bigger goals we’ve set out to achieve within the crypto space. From creative designers, project managers, and community support to marketing experts and serial entrepreneurs, the team is developing with growth in mind.

Over the course of this and the next several weeks, we will continue to release various utilities that are adding value to the BlockBlend Privacy Ecosystem. We are paving the way for mass adoption, step by step, and will continue to update you on our plans through our channels. We aim to make it easy for everyone to access and use our utility. We are working to simplify our tools and provide easy-to-understand educational resources to help onboard new users to BlockBlend. More on that later…

Solana added to the Privacy Bridge (LIVE)
As many already know, this week we’ve added Solana to the mix of available currencies for bridging privately and securely. More currencies can be expected in the future.
BlockBlend BridgeBot (LIVE 18th Dec)
Privately bridging funds (cross-chain) has been made easy with BlockBlend’s integrated Telegram Bot. Simply follow the instructions to get your Blendbot up and running and swap with ease and on the go, without the need to visit our website or use your in-app / in-wallet browser. Features of this bot may be expanded on in the future, but for now: happy blending. The BlockBlend Bridgebot will go live for the masses on Monday, 18th of December 2023.

BlockBlend Explorer (LIVE)
Our BlockBlend explorer has been updated and activated to reflect the usage of our Privacy Bridge. It will showcase the volume, transactions, addresses, and fees accrued over a specified period. Additionally, it will provide users with a unique way to self-troubleshoot their own transactions using the recovery key provided by our Privacy Bridge. Simply insert your recovery key and check the status.

BlockBlend’s Crypto off-ramp solutions: Prepaid Anon Credit Cards
A long-awaited feature that once was, and will be again — but better. BlockBlend’s new and improved crypto off-ramp solution through prepaid anonymized credit cards will allow users to load values of up to $10,000 depending on their region. Helping users with a way to use their crypto in ‘real’ world payments anonymously is another step towards higher user adoption and fulfilling our mission.
Ready to hit the market in January 2024, this solution will be followed up with additional rollouts to further facilitate usage and correlating services.
BlockBlend BuyBack Bot
Highly demanded by our core investors and long-term BlockBlend holders, a buy-back bot has been tested and is currently being updated to be rolled out shortly. This is to support the chart as well as marketing efforts that need an extra community-driven push.
Mass-adoption

To make things easier for all types of users, from crypto beginners to avid crypto fanatics, we are working on a massive content overhaul. New educational content will include FAQs, video-guides, and an Artificial Intelligence engine which will help improve response times and the handling of support requests. All of these supportive materials and tools will be rolled out and made available to the masses over the next several weeks.

Without going into too much detail, we can say that the cogs in the marketing machine are starting to turn at an increasing pace. Things in the works (just the tip of the iceberg) are for example:
