BlockBlend Evolved — Part 1
BlockBlend has been a leader in the DeFi space since its inception, and with the upcoming Evolved upgrade, we’re taking things to the next level. BlockBlend Evolved is comprised of five main pillars that represent major improvements and innovations for the entire platform. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the first two pillars, the UI/Website Overhaul and Crypto Cards & Staking Enhancements.
UI/Website Overhaul
BlockBlend has always been committed to providing the best possible user experience, and with the UI/Website Overhaul, we’re taking that commitment to the next level. Our website and dApp have been completely overhauled to meet the highest standards of Web3 services, dApp design, and user experience. The new website will go live at the end of April 2023, providing the framework and kicking-off point for the remaining four pillars of BlockBlend’s evolution.
We understand that the user experience is critical to the success of our platform, and we’ve invested heavily in this overhaul to ensure that our users have the best possible experience when using our platform. With the new UI/Website, users will be able to easily navigate the platform, find the information they need, and perform the actions they want, all seamlessly and intuitively.
Crypto Cards & Staking Enhancements
Prepaid Crypto Card Upgrades
One of the most popular features of BlockBlend has been our prepaid crypto cards, which allow users to easily and anonymously spend their crypto in the real world. With Evolved, we’re upgrading this feature to provide even more value to our users. We’ll be increasing the maximum limits on cards, up to $5,000 per card with a $2,500 maximum spending per day. Additionally, users will be able to convert any remaining balance on their cards directly to $BBL tokens, tax-free!
Staking Enhancements
BlockBlend’s staking pools have been a staple of our platform since day one, and we’re proud that our users have staked over 75% of the $BBL token supply. With the rollout of Evolved, we’re introducing native coin rewards to our staking pools. This long-requested feature will reduce overall sell pressure on the $BBL chart while filling the wallets of our loyal stakers with native coins.
What happens when the $BBL bull insists on getting more $BBL tokens? It’s simple. From our dashboard, users will be able to convert their native coin rewards into $BBL buys with zero tax. This feature will not only help convert those harvested rewards into buys on the chart but also enable users to reap even greater rewards from their staking activities.
